Deputy Manager – TPM (Pricing & Analytics)

About the role
This role supports the North America Beverage organization of Pepsi Beverages Company by leading pricing, hierarchy, dispute resolution and reporting activities for national and regional customer teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships and governance across sales and pricing functions.
- Set up and maintain pricing in DEAL systems, including hierarchy maintenance.
- Research and resolve pricing disputes, monitor performance and produce reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiencies and integrate front‑ and back‑end services.
- Identify root‑cause issues, propose creative solutions and ensure SLA/OLA compliance.
- Maintain accurate DEAL pricing models and communicate changes to internal teams.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in sales or sales management within a Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, marketing or finance; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication and time‑management abilities.
- Proactive, independent and able to translate direction into action.
