Data Analytics Analyst – Ford SE&O Analytics Team

About the role

The SE&O Analytics Team within Ford Customer Service Division is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Analyst to support problem formulation, model development, evaluation, and deployment. You will partner with business stakeholders to drive data‑driven transformation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data analysis on projects, collaborating with senior data scientists, business owners and database developers.
• Report on performance, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Resolve data quality issues and work with technical and business owners to correct underlying problems.
• Compile and disseminate regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of data/statistical analysis experience.
• Self‑starter with strong learning agility and ability to assess business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL, SAS, Python, R for data manipulation and querying.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience.
• Power BI, Looker, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation.
• Statistical testing, A/B testing, audience segmentation and content targeting.
