About the role

The Udaan program at Myntra offers a six‑month paid opportunity for people with disabilities to work as a Data Analyst within the e‑commerce team. You will translate raw consumer and retail data into actionable insights that drive category strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of consumer and retail data to identify market trends.
• Track category performance metrics and generate regular reports.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align insights with product and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in on‑the‑job learning, mentorship sessions and structured development activities.
