About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our B2B clients in the IT hardware sector. The role requires strong communication abilities and a solid understanding of hardware products, enabling you to address client needs effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional assistance to B2B customers regarding IT hardware products.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Take ownership of issues and work independently to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Awareness and knowledge of the IT industry, specifically hardware products.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a B2B customer service environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
