About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Senior Analyst – Voice to join its global professional services team. The analyst will focus on voice‑based customer interactions, providing translation and support in Spanish while handling collections, credit and dispute deductions. This role involves complex problem analysis and contributes to high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve increasingly complex customer service issues in a voice environment.
• Provide Spanish language translation and support for collections, credit, and dispute deductions.
• Interact daily with Accenture peers and, when required, with clients or senior management.
• Work with minimal supervision on routine tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.
• Make decisions that affect own work and may influence the work of others.
• Act as an individual contributor or oversee a small team or work effort.
• Participate in rotational shift schedules as needed.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in customer service or voice support.
• Any university graduation.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with collections, credit, and dispute deductions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, analytical environment.
