About the role
The Customer Service Associate – Logistics (GAP) is a full‑time junior position based in Jaipur. You will support the logistics function by coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and delivering high‑quality customer service using SAP and advanced Excel tools.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities between warehouses and retail stores.
- Monitor and execute inventory management processes, conduct routine stock audits and reconcile discrepancies using SAP.
- Utilize SAP to record all inventory transactions, generate reports and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain proactive communication with transportation partners, vendors and internal teams to resolve logistics queries promptly.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in logistics coordination or inventory management.
- Junior‑level professional with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to provide prompt, empathetic support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data entry and documentation of shipments and stock transfers.
Required skills
- SAP (inventory and logistics modules) – real‑time data entry and reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel – functions, pivots, look‑ups for analysis and reporting.
- Logistics coordination – managing shipments, transportation partners and documentation.
- Inventory management – stock tracking, audit and discrepancy resolution.
