Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Associate to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with chatbots in both Hindi and English, measure their progress, and create new conversational scenarios to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide diverse and complex bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Write novel conversation scripts to teach desired responses.
• Track and report on model improvement metrics.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Hindi.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Independent contractor able to work remotely from India.
