About the role
As a Customer Contact Communications Associate you will join Accenture's Customer Support vertical, handling customer queries, escalations and complaints across multiple channels. You will ensure issues are resolved promptly and within defined service level agreements, providing a positive experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries received via email and chat.
- Handle escalations and complaints, ensuring timely closure within SLA targets.
- Document interactions and update internal systems with accurate information.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to share knowledge and improve processes.
- Follow detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.
Required profile
- Adaptable and flexible, able to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Any graduate with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Experience with omnichannel customer communications.
- Proficiency in handling email and chat interactions.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
