About the role
You will join Accenture's Customer Support vertical as a Customer Contact Associate focused on voice interactions. The role involves handling customer queries, escalations and complaints across multiple channels, ensuring each issue is resolved efficiently and within agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve inbound and outbound voice inquiries from customers.
- Handle escalations and complaints, providing appropriate resolutions.
- Close faults and complaints within defined SLA targets.
- Coordinate with other channels to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Work rotational shifts as required to support 24/7 operations.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or call‑center environments (0‑1 years acceptable).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.
- Willingness to work in a team‑oriented, shift‑based environment.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
