About the role
The Courier Delivery Partner at Trailblaze is a full‑time, on‑site position in Coimbatore. The role focuses on picking up, transporting and delivering packages safely and on time for business and residential customers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan delivery routes and verify shipment details.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Interact with customers professionally to obtain signatures or confirmations and provide basic information or support.
- Follow company policies, traffic regulations and safety procedures.
- Keep the vehicle and equipment in good working condition.
Required profile
- Strong customer service skills with clear communication and a courteous, professional attitude.
- Valid driving licence.
- Positive attitude toward the nature of the work and ability to scale up.
