About the role
TripJack is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of corporate client relationships in Delhi. You will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to design and deliver travel solutions that meet the evolving needs of large and mid‑market accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, acquire and expand relationships with key corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (onboarding, operations, finance, product) to shape tailored solutions.
- Navigate complex buying cycles across Admin, HR, Procurement and CXO functions.
- Drive revenue through strategic deal structuring and long‑term partnership building.
- Operate in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment, shaping processes as the business scales.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of corporate sales or business development experience, preferably in corporate travel management.
- Proven track record of acquiring and scaling large or mid‑market corporate accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure strategic deals.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and thriving in dynamic, evolving settings.
- Builder’s mindset – proactive ownership without a ready‑made playbook.
