Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) – GD/CD

About the role

We are looking for a Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) to join our GD/CD team. The role focuses on financial controlling, data analysis and reporting, supporting business decisions with accurate numbers and insights. You will work independently and collaboratively, applying a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset to enhance controlling processes. A high service orientation and the ability to communicate findings clearly in English are essential.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Controlling or Accounting.
• Several years of experience in business or controlling functions (preferred).
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, capable of independent work and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (including Excel).
• Experience using SAP BW.
• Knowledge of SAP CO/CI modules.
• Ability to create visual reports with PowerBI.
