Content Lead

About the role

Swiggy, in partnership with Servd, is looking for a Content Lead to drive the creative strategy for its food and beverage Instagram presence in Ahmedabad. You will shape engaging content that meets both audience metrics and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative strategy for Instagram F&B content, aligning with performance and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with production and post‑production teams to ensure written copy complements visual assets.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adhere to content calendars.
• Stay updated on Ahmedabad’s food scene—from street stalls to upscale venues—and translate insights into compelling copy.
• Attend food events, tastings, and restaurant openings to gather first‑hand material.
• Build and nurture relationships with PR, marketing, brand teams, chefs, and restaurant owners.
• Monitor Instagram analytics, evaluate post performance, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Manage and mentor a team of creatives, supporting their professional growth.

Required profile

• Passion for food with deep knowledge of Ahmedabad’s culinary landscape.
• At least 3 years of experience writing for digital or print food or lifestyle platforms.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong sense of design and content quality.
• Familiarity with Instagram features, trends, and best practices.
