Concrete Pump Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Concrete Pump Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our fleet of concrete pumps across multiple project sites in Uttar Pradesh. The role ensures efficient pump utilization, timely dispatch, and coordination with our Ready‑Mix Concrete plants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operations of more than 30 concrete pumps.
• Maintain accurate pump records, utilization data and reporting.
• Monitor diesel consumption and overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate pump line‑up with customers and project sites.
• Plan dispatch in collaboration with RMC plants.
• Work closely with the maintenance team for servicing and breakdown management.
• Resolve daily operational issues to guarantee pump availability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in concrete pump or Ready‑Mix Concrete operations.
• Strong coordination and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
