Compliance Lead – Marketing Communications

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Compliance Lead to join its Marketing Communication Compliance team in Hyderabad. The role will primarily support the EMEA region’s marketing compliance activities, with the possibility of expanding to other regions such as APAC and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial promotion materials (presentations, fact sheets, email invites, etc.) for EMEA and other regions as needed.
• Assess marketing content against global regulations (ESMA, FCA, SFDR) and internal policies.
• Provide clear, solution‑oriented guidance on marketing compliance matters.
• Conduct periodic monitoring reviews and risk‑based assessments of approved materials.
• Maintain and manage the Disclaimer Tool, including risk matrices and product disclaimer sheets.
• Prepare periodic management and board reports for marketing compliance teams.
• Document procedures, process flows, and role responsibilities for Hyderabad‑based activities.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing communications compliance within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks such as ESMA, FCA, and SFDR.
• Ability to interpret complex marketing materials and provide actionable compliance advice.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
