About the role
EnerMech is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support its Invoicing Coordinators. The role focuses on invoice billing, timesheet processing and month‑end billing activities for both onshore and offshore projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the compilation of invoice backup documentation.
- Enter onshore and offshore timesheets into the time‑writing system and keep trackers up to date.
- Expedite outstanding timesheets to ensure timely processing.
- Create and update billing schedules, incorporating all charges for invoice submission.
- Provide month‑end billing support to Invoicing Coordinators.
Required profile
- Any Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate studies preferred.
- Experience in data‑entry or administrative/back‑office environments.
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and self‑confidence.
- Ability to adopt continuous‑improvement concepts and follow defined processes.
