Key responsibilities
- Perform data manipulation and maintain accurate records for shipments and inventory.
- Assist with planning and scheduling of package handling activities.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Conduct audits and inventory checks to verify accuracy.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support operational teams with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
