Caregiver / CNA / Home Care Aide – Heart of St. Charles County

About the role

We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide one‑on‑one support for seniors and homebound clients in the heart of St. Charles County. As a member of AW Health Care you will help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers and safe movement.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry and change bed linens.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients or run errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Minimum 30 hours of availability per month and ability to work every other weekend.
• At least one year of professional caregiving, CNA or home‑care experience.
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel and climb stairs.
