CAP & Fiori/UI5 Developer (Node.js)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled developer to design and deliver modern, scalable SAP solutions using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and SAP Fiori/UI5. The role involves building backend services with Node.js/TypeScript and creating intuitive front‑end applications that integrate seamlessly with S/4HANA and other cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CAP‑based services and applications on SAP BTP using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design data models and APIs (OData, REST) with Core Data Services (CDS).
• Implement SAP Fiori/UI5 front‑end components and ensure smooth integration with the SAP landscape.
• Configure SAP Business Application Studio, CI/CD pipelines and related BTP services.
• Collaborate with application owners, UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing, peer reviews and adherence to best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Proven experience developing backend applications with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP CAP and data modeling using CDS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, preferably SAP HANA.
• Fluent English communication skills.
