About the role
Tradyon is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle for its AI‑powered trade intelligence CRM, Tradyon Outreach. You will be responsible for prospecting, demoing, negotiating and closing deals with exporters and traders across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to closed‑won.
- Conduct product demos, address objections and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve aggressive monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning and ideal customer profile.
- Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap.
Required profile
- 3+ years of senior sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B trade solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience selling into Middle East or Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
- Background in export‑import or trade‑focused businesses is advantageous.
- Experience building a sales motion from scratch is a plus.
