Brand Specialist (French) – Vendor Services

About the role

Amazon is looking for a French‑speaking Brand Specialist to join the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team within Retail Business Services. In this position you will manage relationships with key vendors, drive marketing initiatives, and optimize product performance across Amazon’s marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with assigned vendor partners.
• Collaborate with the Retail Category Team to set expectations, communicate status, and develop joint growth plans.
• Design, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns that increase traffic, brand awareness, conversion, and revenue for vendor brands.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of vendor issues, produce data‑driven recommendations, and implement action plans.
• Lead regular business reviews (WBRs, MBRs) with vendors to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across merchandising, buying, inventory, finance, operations, and online marketing to optimize product listings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional internal teams.
