BPO Telecaller – International Employee Onboarding (Night Shift)

About the role

MantraCare is seeking a confident, customer‑focused BPO Telecaller to manage the onboarding of international employees. Working the night shift, you will guide new users through registration, explain the company’s wellness and healthcare platform, and ensure a smooth activation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international employees for onboarding and activation.
• Explain MantraCare’s services, benefits and platform features in clear, professional English.
• Assist employees with account setup, registration steps and resolve basic queries.
• Follow up with employees who have not completed onboarding and achieve daily call targets.
• Maintain accurate call logs, onboarding status and interaction records in the CRM.
• Escalate technical or service issues to internal teams as needed.
• Ensure a positive, professional experience in every interaction.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in BPO, telecalling, customer support or related fields (freshers with strong English are welcome).
• Fluent spoken English with excellent pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers over the phone.
• Willingness to work the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) six days a week.
• Based in Delhi and able to work onsite.
• Good listening, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience using a CRM system.
