BIM Coordinator (Architectural/Structural)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to support our project teams in delivering high‑quality architectural and structural models. The role involves ensuring compliance with the BIM Implementation Plan, managing model updates, and supporting the transition from design to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project team in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan, including model submittal schedules and as‑built updates.
• Support delivery of client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services.
• Perform QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models and prepare drawing packages.
• Manage 3D models, conduct clash detection, and ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
• Analyze models from architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
• Coordinate design development through BIM processes such as 4D and 5D scheduling.
• Create parametric and non‑parametric families and support Scan‑to‑BIM and PDF‑to‑CAD projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in BIM coordination for architectural and structural projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300, with familiarity of LOD 400 and 500.
• Proven ability to manage model quality, perform clash detection, and support construction documentation.
