About the role
We are seeking a motivated Bank Teller to join our Chennai branch. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling daily cash transactions, and supporting overall branch operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately.
- Handle cash, cheques, and other negotiable instruments.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine inquiries.
- Maintain and reconcile teller cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, anti‑money‑laundering regulations, and security procedures.
Required profile
- Any graduate degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or NBFC sector.
- Prior experience in cash handling and branch operations is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
