AWS DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to support development and operations by automating workflows, improving system reliability, and optimizing deployments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and scripting, preferably Python.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Implement Docker‑based containerization and manage Kubernetes orchestration.
• Monitor systems and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with teams to implement DevOps best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Use Ansible for configuration management.
• Manage monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–4 years of DevOps experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of Ansible.
• AWS certification is a plus; exposure to Azure is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
