Associate Stock Reconciliation Specialist

About the role

The Associate Stock Reconciliation Specialist will support the India Fuels & Logistics Global Capability Centre by handling liquid stock reconciliation from terminal stacking to customer delivery. The role works closely with fleet managers, planners and other stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform 2‑step liquid stock reconciliation for European countries.
• Ensure compliance of distribution‑related value‑chain transactions.
• Execute month‑end distribution stock activities.
• Read paperwork from terminals and update orders/systems accordingly.
• Identify and correct errors in inventory records and calculations.
• Serve as first point of contact for business stakeholders on technical and non‑technical issues.
• Collaborate with fleet managers, planners, carrier representatives and internal teams to drive results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or stock reconciliation role.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is preferred.
• Strong logical reasoning, accountability and attention to detail.
