Associate Professor – Computer Science & Engineering

About the role

Raisoni Education is seeking a full‑time Associate Professor for its Computer Science and Engineering department in Jalgaon. The role involves delivering high‑quality lectures, mentoring students, and driving research initiatives in a vibrant academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in core and emerging CS topics.
• Mentor and supervise student projects, theses, and research work.
• Develop and update curriculum in line with accreditation standards.
• Publish research findings in reputable journals and conferences.
• Organise workshops, seminars, and industry‑collaboration events.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and university committees.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in core Computer Science areas such as programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
• Proficiency in emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, IoT, or cloud computing.
• Demonstrated record of academic research and publications.
• Effective presentation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education is highly desirable.
