Associate - Access Control & Physical Security

About the role

The Associate will work within the Global Security Operations Center to protect physical assets and ensure a safe environment across principal locations. This role involves monitoring access alarms, CCTV feeds, and responding to incidents in a 24/7 rotational shift.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor access alarms, CCTV feeds and radio traffic, taking appropriate actions and dispatching security officers as needed.
• Manage access cards for employees, contractors and third‑party suppliers, determining and modifying access levels according to company guidelines.
• Maintain and test critical security systems, including PA, duress, intercom, alarm and lock‑down testing on a scheduled basis.
• Assist in developing and updating operational manuals, contact lists and procedures for the Security Operations Center.
• Coordinate software and hardware maintenance of access control and CCTV systems with internal teams and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate degree with at least 2 years of experience managing access control and CCTV systems, preferably on the Genetec platform.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts onsite and relocate as required.
