Assistant Manager – SAP Support & Coordination

About the role

The Assistant Manager – SAP Support & Coordination will ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems across multiple Bosch locations in India. You will act as a bridge between business users and IT, handling change requests, upgrades, and day‑to‑day issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain SAP POE environments for Chakan, Manesar and Sanand sites.
• Coordinate and implement SAP change requests and system upgrades, including S/4 HANA projects.
• Execute IT projects such as POE, BMLP and related initiatives.
• Manage user roles, access rights and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Resolve authorization errors and handle tickets via ServiceNow or Jira.
• Analyze and troubleshoot errors in SAP FI, MM, SD, PP modules.
• Prioritize incidents by severity and provide quick fixes or work‑arounds.
• Guide end‑users, create SOPs, user manuals and conduct training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate (BE/B.Tech or equivalent) with 4‑8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing or automotive sectors.

Required skills

• Expertise in SAP FI, MM, SD, PP modules.
• Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP.
• Experience with SAP role and security management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira ticketing tools.
