Assistant Manager – Finance

About the role

Surbanajurong is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance to oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and support financial planning in Gurgaon. The role blends hands‑on accounting with strategic analysis to ensure compliance and drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project‑wise cost control.
• Assist in internal controls, process improvements, and management dashboards.

Required profile

• CA, CMA, MBA (Finance) or M.Com qualification.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
• Experience in consulting, infrastructure, EPC or project‑based organizations is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
