Assistant Manager – Business Loans (Indirect)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Business Loans (Indirect) will join Bajaj Finance Ltd in Hardoi, supporting the end‑to‑end loan operations for indirect channels. The role combines system enhancement, volume delivery, and cross‑functional coordination to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and roll out system enhancements in collaboration with COE, IT, and Operations.
• Deliver loan volume from cashier and call‑center channels as well as emerging digital and CIBIL‑watch channels.
• Provide daily system and process support to the sales team and prepare business MIS reports.
• Calculate and roll out monthly incentives, contests, and offer allocations for sales and call‑center teams.
• Liaise with HR for R&R, promotions, IJP roll‑outs, and performance‑management closures.
• Track on‑roll and off‑roll headcount, productivity, and coordinate with the Risk team on offers and policy changes.
• Conduct classroom and call‑based training for new product or process enhancements.
• Organise business meetings, ZSM/RSM sessions, and contest‑based trips.
• Manage portfolio metrics, early delinquency collections, and EWS location oversight.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, payout calculations, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare monthly inputs for SMT reporting and annual inputs for LRS & AOP decks.
