Assistant Brand Manager – Consumer Goods (India)

About the role

Amazon India is expanding its Strategic Brand Services to help top‑tier brands grow on the platform. As an Assistant Brand Manager you will work closely with brands to improve product selection, drive demand, ensure catalogue quality and maintain product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify selection gaps and ensure the brand’s offline catalogue is fully represented on Amazon.
• Develop and execute demand‑generation plans in collaboration with the category management team.
• Provide business advice and support brands in participating in Amazon programs.
• Monitor and maintain continuous product availability.
• Ensure high‑quality catalogue content, including images and product descriptions, on Amazon detail pages.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing brand relationships.
• Understanding of product lifecycle planning and online selling.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and results‑orientation.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
