Area Business Manager – Retail (North East Zone)

About the role

The Area Business Manager – Retail will lead and drive the sales function for Eternia’s aluminum door and window systems across the North East Zone. The role focuses on demand generation, building a network of influencers such as architects, PMC’s and façade consultants, and ensuring strong brand pull in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new orders through channel partners and achieve sales targets.
• Drive billing performance in line with the planned revenue.
• Engage regularly with new and existing influencers to secure consistent business.
• Collaborate with fabricators to develop a dealer network, provide training, and ensure production readiness.
• Conduct quality audits at fabricator factories and monitor product quality.
• Oversee service delivery across open sites, proactively resolve escalations.
• Lead BTL activities with channel partners to raise brand awareness.
• Provide and monitor training for channel partners and their teams.
• Travel across the North East region as required.

Required profile

• Background in window or related construction products preferred.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple locations within the North East Zone.
