Architect – Luxury Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and execution of luxury homes, offices, and hospitality projects. The role involves collaborating with design, project management, and global teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and designs for luxury residential, office, and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure successful execution from concept to completion.
• Conduct site visits to supervise construction, verify compliance with design specifications, and resolve onsite challenges.
• Liaise with clients, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and present design proposals.
• Integrate international trends and innovations by working closely with global architects and designers.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Participate in design reviews and propose innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed.
• Creative mindset with a passion for luxury design and innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
