Analyst III – Data Insights & Analytics

About the role

As an Analyst III at Nykaa, you will transform large volumes of data into actionable insights that drive business and product decisions across our beauty and fashion platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assess problems and opportunities by leveraging data and customer feedback to identify emerging trends and product development areas.
• Prioritise analytics initiatives for quick wins and long‑term strategic impact.
• Define and standardise key performance scorecards in collaboration with Business Intelligence teams.
• Establish analytical frameworks and guide junior analysts in delivering forecasts, trend analyses, feature impact assessments and ROI calculations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to influence roadmap planning and strategic decisions using predictive insights and model outputs.
• Identify opportunities for advanced modelling to solve critical business challenges and shape product and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities, capable of structuring ambiguous problems and delivering clear insights.
• Strong statistical modelling expertise with a proven track record of delivering data‑driven recommendations.
