AI/ML Expert – Applied AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Applied AI/ML Engineer to design and implement sophisticated models that combine visual and time‑series data for automotive applications. You will work on end‑to‑end model development, from data analysis and feature engineering to training, evaluation, and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and validate machine‑learning models for computer‑vision tasks such as object detection, image segmentation, facial analysis, and classification.
• Develop time‑series solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, and sequential classification.
• Integrate visual and temporal data in multi‑modal models to improve predictive performance.
• Implement deep‑learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, LSTMs, GRUs) and traditional statistical methods (ARIMA, Prophet).
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and create custom feature‑engineering pipelines for both image and time‑series data.
• Optimize model efficiency, tune hyper‑parameters, and rigorously evaluate performance using appropriate metrics.

Required profile

• B.Tech or M.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in handling large, complex datasets.
• Ability to stay current with state‑of‑the‑art AI/ML techniques and apply them to real‑world problems.
