About the role

The L2 Administrator will support the service desk by triaging priority incidents, handling software and hardware service requests, and ensuring service level agreements are met. The role is part of a digital transformation team and works closely with higher‑level support groups to maintain smooth IT operations.

Key responsibilities

Perform initial triage of priority (P3) incident tickets, document actions, and follow defined SLA and escalation procedures.
Track and assist in the resolution of software, hardware, and network service requests, ensuring accurate logging and timely completion.
Monitor SLA timelines for the full lifecycle of priority tickets and raise escalations for potential breaches.
Assist in creating and executing change requests related to incident resolution.

Required profile

1‑3 years of experience in a service‑desk or IT support environment.
Ability to follow documented processes, maintain accurate ticket records, and communicate escalations when needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting SLA targets.
