Accountant – Finance & Accounting Team

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our Accounts and Finance team. You will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate with senior staff to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform bank and sales reconciliations.
• Support GST filing and compliance activities.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Document financial transactions and maintain proper records.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring policy compliance.
• Work with accounting software such as Tally and ERP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 1–3 years of practical accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations.
• Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, or similar accounting tools.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
