Account Manager, Baby

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead the “Baby” category for noon in Gurugram. The role sits in the Commercial team and is responsible for driving business development, category growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience across our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners and sellers.
• Own end‑to‑end selection, inventory management and content health for the category.
• Ensure best‑in‑class customer experience through effective merchandising and deep knowledge of the buyer journey.
• Monitor commercial KPIs, identify collaborative opportunities and optimise seller performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking and weekly reporting to management.
• Act as the primary stakeholder for the portfolio’s performance, performing root‑cause analysis when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the e‑commerce industry (mandatory) and preferably in on‑demand services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Entrepreneurial, go‑getter attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
