Wealth Management Research Analyst

About the role

Groww is seeking a Research Analyst to support its Wealth Management team. The role focuses on analysing client portfolios, evaluating investment performance, and delivering data‑driven insights for high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of client portfolios across Mutual Funds, Equities, PMS, AIFs, Bonds and other products.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, asset allocation, concentration risks and diversification opportunities.
• Identify gaps in portfolios and provide actionable recommendations aligned with client objectives and risk appetite.
• Prepare comprehensive portfolio review reports and investment presentations for clients and Wealth Advisors.
• Track market developments, economic trends and investment opportunities across asset classes.
• Perform investment research and comparative analysis of financial products and strategies.
• Support Wealth Advisors with portfolio construction, client reviews and investment recommendations.
• Generate periodic MIS, portfolio dashboards and performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial markets, investments and portfolio analytics.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to Wealth Advisors and clients.
