Warehouse Operator I

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator I to join IFF’s Sricity facility. The role supports safe and efficient movement of chemicals and materials, ensuring production continuity and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Move and store chemicals and raw materials safely using certified forklift equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, applying FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Support uninterrupted production by timely material handling and replenishment.
• Uphold EHS, GMP and warehouse safety standards, including proper labeling and segregation of hazardous items.
• Prepare the warehouse for audits, keeping the area clean, organized and audit‑ready.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of hands‑on warehouse experience.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Strong knowledge of chemical safety, labeling and segregation.
• Familiarity with SOPs, EHS guidelines and PPE usage.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Willingness to work shifts in a physical environment.
