Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Packing, Dispatch & Storage

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will oversee packing, dispatch and storage activities at the DH Warehouse in Renukoot. The role ensures that finished carbon black products are packed, loaded and stored safely, meeting logistics plans and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate packing operations, ensuring availability of silos, packing materials and calibrated auto packers.
• Monitor and control truck loading, bag weight accuracy, and compliance with export and safety regulations.
• Manage safe storage of finished goods, including stacking, segregation of non‑conforming products and damage‑free handling.
• Support production department with major repairs and annual shutdown activities.
• Control packing costs through waste reduction, manpower planning and contractor negotiations.
• Maintain Energy Management System (EnMS) reporting, training and compliance with legal and stakeholder requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or industrial logistics operations.
• Ability to plan resources for packing, dispatch and storage.
• Knowledge of safety, legal and export regulations related to bulk material handling.
• Strong coordination skills with production, logistics and energy management teams.

Required skills

• Auto Packer calibration and operation.
• Energy Management System (EnMS) implementation and reporting.
• Packaging material inspection and design modification.
• Legal and regulatory compliance for industrial logistics.
