About the role
HCL Technologies is conducting a walk‑in hiring drive for fresh graduates to join as Customer Service Executives. The position focuses on inbound voice calls from US and UK customers, primarily in the banking domain.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound queries following the prescribed call flow.
- Maintain high quality and adherence to process standards.
- Escalate issues according to defined procedures and aim for first‑call resolution.
- Follow schedule adherence and break policies.
- Participate in motivational activities and apply feedback from monitoring sessions.
- Update logs such as escalation and complaint trackers.
- Ensure the security of proprietary customer data.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate from any discipline except Law, B.Tech, MTech, BCA or MCA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with professional telephone etiquette.
- Helpful, empathetic and enthusiastic about delivering customer service.
- Preferably exposure to US/UK inbound calling, especially in banking.
