Visa Documents Agent

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Visa Documents Agent to guide clients through the travel and immigration visa process. You will act as the primary point of contact for gathering, reviewing, and updating essential documentation, ensuring each case moves forward smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify government and personal documents required for visa applications.
• Maintain high accuracy while reviewing sensitive client information.
• Provide proactive updates and clear communication to clients regarding their case status.
• Resolve documentation issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams to keep processes on track.
• Handle multiple client interactions simultaneously, including calls, chats, and emotional check‑ins.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, documentation, or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to explain complex procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions during delays.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internal tools such as an Admin Panel.
• Experience using Zoho Voice.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with task‑management systems.
