About the role
APPIT Software Solutions is looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join its Hyderabad office. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead generation and supporting the sales team with qualified prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products and services.
- Generate, qualify and nurture business leads.
- Schedule demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead follow‑ups and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year experience in telecalling, telemarketing or customer calling roles.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Strong communication and convincing abilities.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Required skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management.
