Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer is a core member of WorkSpan’s Technical Support team, delivering advanced technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders worldwide. Based in Bangalore, the role focuses on supporting WorkSpan’s SaaS platform and related applications for an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams requiring advanced technical support, integration, and customization of the WorkSpan platform.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to troubleshoot and address platform functionality challenges.
• Provide guidance on best practices for using WorkSpan’s co‑selling network and related tools.
• Document issue resolutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles for future reference.
