About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Tech Lead for Operations Analytics & Insights to own global operational analytics and performance metrics across its Global Support and Product Operations. The role will drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects, from prototyping AI‑driven concepts to deploying scalable, automated systems that improve member and customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop scalable data products and AI/ML models to solve business problems across LinkedIn’s Global Support organization.
- Partner with upstream technology teams to operationalize and scale models from prototype to production, ensuring reliability and impact.
- Identify operational gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and performance.
- Translate complex technical concepts and model outputs into clear, actionable narratives for senior GTM and Operations leadership.
- Lead analytical projects and help grow a high‑performing analytics team function.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience working with data systems or tools in a business setting, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with SQL and large‑scale data warehouses.
