Team Member – Production

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Team Member to join our production floor. In this hands‑on position you will operate manufacturing equipment, follow safety protocols, and help keep the work area clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report problems to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities.
