Team Leader - Security

About the role

The Team Leader – Security will support the efficient operation of the security department at Grand Hyatt Goa, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures that employee, guest and owner expectations are consistently met while maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of the security team’s daily operations.
• Support the implementation of corporate strategies and brand standards within the security function.
• Help meet the expectations of employees, guests, and owners regarding safety and security.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated security measures.

Required profile

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Security Manager or Senior Security Officer in a larger operation.
• Good practical, operational and adequate administrative abilities.
