Supply Planning Consultant – O9 Solutions (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Supply Planning Consultant to join our team in India. You will work with the o9 Supply Chain Solver platform to design, configure, and optimise planning solutions that drive inventory efficiency, cost reduction and service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies to optimise inventory, lower costs and improve service levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse demand patterns, identify trends and create accurate forecasts.
• Configure and optimise the o9 Supply Chain Solver to meet business objectives.
• Design optimisation models using R, SAS or CPLEX to solve complex supply‑chain problems.
• Write and maintain SQL/MySQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Configure ERP systems to support planning and execution processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and analytics models for decision support.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand & distribution planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
